Staffing University
Staffing University is a 120 page written pre-training program that comes with 10 videos stored onm Youtube so we can send out the entire training program to people by email. Some are basic staffing 101 educational videos, others focus on sales & recruiting. This program can teach your new hires more than most people learn in their first one or two years actually working for staffing companies, all before they start their day. Example: Assume you want to hire a sales person or recruiter, but nobody at your competition is interested in your job offer at that time, or they are too expensive. We handle all the work related to finding people from outside the staffing industry just like we worked as your part time internal corporate recruiter. Assume a candidate applied for the job who had two years of basic sales experience after college. By the time we put them through our Staffing University program then will know more and be a better hire than most of the people working for your competition, yet not have a non-compete to deal with. We designed this option to help your company hire people from outside of staffing and convert them to being as good or better than trying to recruit people away from your competition, which solves problems such as when you simply cannot find anyone to hire who is good and has staffing experience.
How does this work? We will design job ads which you can post to the job boards that you use. Applicants are forwarded to us for screening. We can also search the various job board resume databases and send out hundreds of emails as another way to get the word out about your job opening and screen all people who reply.
We send the Staffing University pre-training program to those who sound good during the telephone screens. They are instructed to browse the material to learn more about staffing and decide if this career is for them. This causes 50% to exit your interview process which is great because it saves you from wasting time interviewing people who will back out of the interview later anyway.
Of those who remain in the interview process, they come to you very well educated about staffing and the job they are interviewing for.
When you hire a person, we instruct them to STUDY the training program and then send a quiz. If the fail they fail the quiz we either teach them what they misunderstood, or inform you that it appears they never studied the training because that is a big red flag. The end result will be our helping you hire people who are converted into having at least 1 year experience by the time they start their first day with your company. Such people are affordable because they did not have to be recruited out of a company, and they do not have non competes.
