Sometimes it is necessary to recruit, hire and train people for jobs in the staffing industry such as branch manager, sales reps and recruiters. Because all too often people will take a job in staffing without really knowing what they are getting into, later to not like the career and fail, which is a waste of time and money for you. Our training program teaches people exactly what they would be doing day to day on the job so if they go forward with your interview process they will definately know what they will be doing day to day. The training program helps weed out people who decide a career in staffing is not for them. And of those who stick with the interview process to the point you hire them, they will come into your company light years ahead of where they would have been otherwise. Staffing University creates a situation where we can teach a person right up front what normally takes at least 3 years in the staffing industry to learn.
