I hired David and his team and became one of the companies in the retainer group. I had tried handling my own internal recruiting but found I did not have time, and felt uncomfortable calling into my competition to solicit their people. I did not want any of my employees to cold call into my competition either because doing so would surely cause many owners and executives at other firms to become angry with me personally, and maybe target my company as a source to recruit my people. I like the fact I can access his lists to view my competition and their people. Finally, I sleep better at night knowing he is on my side, and not working for my competition trying to recruit my people. I encourage any CEO or Executive in staffing to consider this concept if David's team can add your company to the retainer group.
