Example of how we work with a staffing company, as we could do the same for you!   The client is a VP of a national staffing company who has 8 offices under him.  He is unhappy with the results he gets from his internal corporate recruiters.  He contracted with us, and joined an exclusive group of staffing executives whom we support and work for.  Each company in the group pays us a low part time compensation, while we created a full time career supporting the group. This service is not open to the staffing industry, only to specific companies or executives whom we invite to join the group.


1 – We build and maintain lists of his competitors, their managers, sales people and recruiters plus their contact info and direct links to their Linkedin profiles in our online database which he can access.  ( If we worked for you, we can build and maintain a list of all your competitors that you can access to see who is working for your competition with your own eyes)

2 – His managers access our lists to use as a talent scouting resource, helping his managers find and recruit people to hire themselves.

3 – On occasion, we are asked to conduct the cold call head hunting searches yet do not charge any placement fees to members of the exclusive group.

4 – A problem with hiring laterally such as wanting an experienced staffing sales person is it’s not always possible to find such a person in a city the same time you want to hire.  Maybe they are too expensive, non-competes, not interested etc.  Plan B is hiring entry level and training people to sell or recruit.  We handle all the work related to finding the right types of people to hire and train, and then actually pre-train such people to having the equivalent of one year staffing experience before starting their first day with your company.  Staffing University is a 60 page written program along with 7 videos that contains more info about the staffing industry, sales & recruiting than most people learn in their first two years actually working for staffing companies.  Therefore, we can convert your entry level new hires into starting their first day having the equivalent of one year experience without any non-compete, or being poisoned with bad training or bad experiences with other staffing companies.

Using the VP/Client to make an example, he hired 13 people from us in 12 months when all of these options were combined.  Two were branch managers, the rest a mix of sales people and recruiters.  The cost to him is just $2500 per month, or $30k per year.

Exclusivity: There are 4 of us, each covering a large region of the USA. Each of us maintains our own exclusive group of staffing companies. In each region of the USA, the group is made up of staffing companies from different specialties and spread across States & Cities so no two companies compete with each other in the same Cities. This means if we worked for you, we would NOT be offering this same service to your direct competitors. In fact, we would become your secret weapon actually working against your competition!

The cost to become a group member can range from just $10k for a small locally owned firm or branch manager/managing director to $30k for CEO of a mid-size company or regional VP who contracts us to work directly for their region.

We call this a retainer group.  This is not open to the entire staffing industry, as we only work with a few staffing companies under this model across the USA.  If you are being contacted and invited to join the group, we encourage you to interview us the same as if we were a sales person coming to you and asking for a job where we can bring our clients with us. 

I started off this page by saying we could literally help your company grow by millions of dollars. What does that mean, as that is a Bold statement. Well, suppose your company joined our exclusive group and let's pick a number, $20k per year. Each year we help you hire a few sales people, recruiters, the occassional manager and help pre-train all new entry level people so they start their first day knowing more than most people in staffing who have two years experience. After a few years of working together the people we would have helped you hire will sell, recruit and generate revenue resulting in growth to your business, and to your personal income. Yet it cost you less than hiring a receptionist to have us working for you.

Finally - Because this is not contingency recruiting, our services are not managed nor decided upon by corporate recruiting at larger national staffing companies. This means a branch or regional manager are free to work with us directly just for their office or region, as we become another tool in your overall talent scouting tool box.
