Each company in the group pays a low part time monthly compensation. We devote our
time and focus to this group of staffing companies which results in a full time
career and income for us while the cost to each group member is low & part time.
This is a month to month relationship, there is no long term contract. If a regional or branch manager can can authorize paying 1 head hunter fee per year, they have enough authority to join this exclusive group and have us work for them All Year. Everyone

1 - We will build a list of all other staffing companies yours competes with in
the Cities we agree to. You will have access to our database to view the list of your competitors and their people. The relationship will be exclusive meaning we shall not
offer this service to staffing companies you compete directly with. We can work together just like we were one
of your most valuable employees. We shall also populate the list with branch managers,
sales people and recruiters plus their contact info and a direct link to their Linkedin
profiles. During the year we work the list looking for people who left staffing,
moved around in staffing or were newly hired, to keep the list as up to date and
clean as possible. The end result is a list of all other staffing companies yours
competes with plus their people and contact info all placed at your fingertips in
our easy to search database & list. You can use our database & lists as
your own internal staffing industry talent scouting resource which helps your company
improve its internal recruiting and hiring capability.
2 - You can send us names of specific people at other staffing companies. Reaching
them is a challenge. If you or your managers cold called into other staffing companies
as often and ambitious as it takes to reach their people LIVE, doing so would create
bad blood with your competition that could result in law suits or their targeting
your company to recruit from in retaliation. We will cold call people whose names
you send to us and act as your Introduction Service. We will find
out if they are open to being approached, or not - if yes we will lure them into
accepting introductions to you or your managers. This process shields your company
from any negative backlash while also significantly helping your managers improve
their own internal recruiting and hiring capability.
3 - We shall also conduct a number of full scale A to Z head hunting searches for
you during the year, yet do not charge placement fees because this is built into
group membership just like we were your internal corporate recruiter. Even if you have an internal corporate recruiter they are very limited because they cannot cold call into your competition like we can. We can be another tool in your overall talent scouting tool box, a supplement to internal corporate recruiting. We can even tag team with your internal corporate recruiters.
4 - Finally, it is not always possible to recruit experienced staffing professionals
laterally such as sales to sales. Plan B is advertising to
find people with 1 to 6 years sales experience selling to businesses and who have
the right personality that match well to careers in staffing, then train them. Or, college grads for basic entry level hiring. Under group membership we shall handle
all of this work the same as if we were your internal corporate recruiter. However,
we can do something no internal recruiting department in staffing is able to. We
have developed the Staffing University pre-training program which consists of 120
pages of written material plus 10 videos covering everything about staffing from
temp to perm, to sales & recruiting. This pre-training program can convert your
new hires into starting off their first day knowing more about the staffing industry than most people with 1 to 2 years actual experience. In fact, we will put all of your new hires through this pre-training
program even if we did not source them. This is free, built into the exclusive group
membership. This process solves the problem of your not being able to hire experienced
staffing professionals, and candidates who come through this process are not hindered
with a non-compete.
5 - Exclusivity! If your company is accepted into the group, we shall not offer
this same service to your direct competitors in the cities we agree to work together.
A regional VP contracted with us to support his region of offices. He hired
13 people from us in 12 months when all of these options were combined. Two were
branch managers, the rest a mix of sales people and recruiters. The cost to him
is just $2500 per month, or $30k per year. We produced more and better results for
just $30k annually than his full time internal corporate recruiting department.
The cost to become a group member can range from just $10k for a small locally owned
firm or branch manager/managing director to $30k for CEO of a mid-size company or
regional VP who contracts us to work directly for their region.
There are 4 of us, each covering a large region of the USA. Each of us maintains
our own group of staffing companies. In each region of the USA, the group is made
up of staffing companies from different specialties and spread across States &
Cities so no two companies compete with each other in the same Cities.
Finally - Because this is not contingency recruiting, our services are not managed
nor decided upon by corporate recruiting at larger national staffing companies.
This means a branch or regional manager are free to work with us directly just for
their office or region, as we become another tool in your overall talent scouting
tool box. If you have authority to make decisions such as attending a few local job fairs through the year, you likely have the authority to decide on having us work for you.
